Perhaps, but I still think that might still be too optimistic.
Looking at the past two years' Combine times for those who ran with LBs, Peppers was the fastest at 4.46 and he was 213 lbs.
The best actual LB time was 4.47, which was Darron Lee in 2016.
Once again, it's possible Baker could be faster than Lee, but I wouldn't be surprised to see Baker reported as a sub-4.4 at Ohio St but run closer to 4.5 at the Combine.
And FWIW, nfldraftscout.com has Baker projected at best-case 4.52 40 time and Walterfootball.com has Baker projected around 4.55 40 time.

Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.
