Well, say they draft Conor Williams and he comes in banged up and can't play his first year. Fisher's heart isn't that great. Right there, you are looking at 2 tackles out. All you have left is Smith and ogbuehi to start. One of them is going to get hurt. There you go, Hart gets the start.
