There is always some explanation for these specific incidents but the big picture shows that Bengals organization is borderline incompetent.

Glad for McCarron that he now gets a chance some where else.

This young man has great confidence under pressure. Don't be stunned if he turns into a very good nfl QB when he actually gets to play for a sustained period of time. 

 There is a reason why Jackson wanted him.
