Yep. This team has been living off the 2010 and 2011 drafts for a long time. We haven't been nearly as fortunate since, and MB did not try to capitalize by hiring a new HC or taking some real swings in FA. 

There aren't any swings by the GM in free agency. He goes up there and tries to bunt while shaking in fear that he might get hit by the ball.
