In an ideal world, we cut Peko, Thompson and Still.
Geno and Sims get base reps.
Then you can have Hardison, Williams, Gilberry and Johnson getting reps in subpackages.
One can dream, incompetent players will always make it for other reasons more meaningful than their actual job description.
