Correct. The $18 mill is without the projected $8.5 mill for the draft pool and without any reserved for injuries.
Bengals typically reserve $2-5 mill for injuries, so play it safe and assume $5 mill.
That actually would only leave about $5 mill left toward extensions or whatever.
That's about half the amount the Bengals have been reserving for extensions and the Bengals have Atkins, Dunlap, and possibly Dennard that they want to work out extensions for.
