I think the disappointment to which he was referring applies to Ross. Given the hype/hope of what his speed could do for AJ and the rest of offense, his inability to get on the field was disappointing - even after cleared healthwise.
The reason as to why Lawson was there in the fourth round was due to questions about his ability to set the edge and hold up against the run.
So if Ross produces this year and Lawson bulks up (and does not loose burst and flexibility), then we would have walked away with three legitimate first round talent in 2017. Willis, Evans and Glasgow are the icing, in my opinion.
