Given that they never draft what I want, I would be very happy with this draft!

In lieu of your request there is a simple answer. You draft Bates with the last pick in the 3rd (ensure he is there) and with 4 you take Troy Fumagalli. He is a willing blocker but just average at everything. He does manage to consistently make plays though. Again not an upgrade but without someone free falling or using an early pick it will be difficult to upgrade Kroft
