Kind of depends on who is available and when they're available. I can see them going either way, trading up and giving up a late round pick or so or trading down to pick up extra picks. It is possible I suppose that they could give up the 1st round 21st pick in exchange for a few extra 3rd or 4th rounders.. Not sure if it would be unprecedented in Bengals history or not, but certainly not unprecedented in league history .
