Different players excel in different schemes or different techniques. I found it very weird that PA quit sled training for OL. Since they can't wear pads as often, I would think physical sled training for OL would be huge. I read Pollack will bring it back.

I think we forget coaches work year round. What are they doing right now? They have every game tape available and as important they have every practice tape available to look at their guys and critique them so once they can work with them, they know strength and weaknesses. A guy like Fisher and Cedric have a ton of tape for Pollack where the new guys like Hart only have game tape available. So Pollack can get a better sense for our guys for anyone new and why hopefully he can help each of them get better.
