1) Tenured coaches shown the door.....some LONG tenured.
2) High draft pick investment in a Center.
3) A trade for an above average player at LT.
4) Signed a very good LB in Preston Brown in his prime, instead of an over the hill type.
5) Signed a serviceable DT for rotation.
6) Brought in some recognized names to replace removed coaches, instead of lazy, in house promotions, or some nobody as they have at times in the past.
the entire collective was as well.
Took many positive moves to change opinions to the opposite side of the spectrum. Kudos to FO for a change.
