I've seen him compared to WJ3, but WJ3 wasn't g etting lit up every time he touched the field. Not a good comparison.

Ced does suck.  There's little reason to think he's going to turn a corner and suddenly transform into even a serviceable NFL starter.

However, reality is, there's little reason to believe Fisher or Hart is going to magically turn the corner, either. RT is pretty much a case of picking which dog turd you prefer to step in at this point.
