Yes, Jacksonville pulled it off last season, and now they are the latest fad, in terms of the "model" to go by in roster turnover. In my mind, the Jags success last year is more the anomaly than the norm, in terms of success rate from huge roster turnover.
Of course I am biased, but I think the Bengals have done a good job of improving roster stock this offseason, and addressing key areas for improvement. I see the Bengals as competing for the Division title, and the Browns looking win 5 or 6 games.

but after looking at their schedule I see no more than 3 to 5 wins for them.......
while I see the Bengals going 12-4 winning the AFC North & the S.B...
