It's the "shoved up his anus" part that gets me. HTF was his anus exposed? Is this some sort of Japanese custom we haven't heard of before?

The news I read on this said it wasn't shoved up his anus as in pants down and shoved in there sort of thing.  It said it was pushed against his anus over clothing and not directly into the cavity.
