Mike wanted old school football played out in the cold.

They needed a retractable roof Stadium. It would have probably cost at least a hundred million dollars more though. and you're talking about an owner that has refused to build a practice Dome field.

The cost for stadiums today especially those with retractable roof design are probably over 500-700 million dollars.

You know the county payed for the majority of the stadium right?
