Bill- has a good feel for what he wants to do. Understands the players strengths
Geno- Best shape of his life.
Really likes the skill player on offense.
High on the defensive line
William Jackson- so talented needs to play with in Techninque all the time. Can't get bored
Jessie Bates- he will be on the field early
On new tackle rule- tackle foot to shoulder. Wrap up with arms.
Andy Dalton- use to crictism, makes his teammates better, needs to be vocal
AJ -Leadership is easy for him
Core group( Geno, AJ, Andy , Carlos) cool to see grow
