Yep. That's what the whole "Andy needs a great team" narrative is about. It allows folks to dismiss Dalton as a poor QB while simultaneously explaining away any success by attributing it to teammates. He literally can't win.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.
