Bullock on that same squad would've had us questioning the decision all the same.
Plus Elliott would've been here attempting 20 total FG's in a lame offense, and we'd have little clue about his range.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.
