Bengals vs. Colts betting lines

I find it very interesting that before today's preseason game against Buffalo, the Bengals were 1.5 point underdogs against the Colts in week 1.  Now, they are 1.5 point favorites.  You rarely see an NFL game swing 3 points unless a QB is out injured.  

Interesting.
