Not sure how that isn't close on a per year basis.

It's not the per year that Whit wanted. He wanted the multi year deal and the Bengals OL sure could have used him. He's still better than Glenn, not that Glenn is bad or anything like that, but Whit is just better and was last year and will be this year as well.
