I tend to agree with Marvin on that one, a term made up by commentators, but who really knows? It's not as if absolutely nothing ever changes at half time of every single Bengals game .
Yes because "Half-Time adjustments" is a term.
Adjustments should and will be made as the game progresses.
Not necessarily at Half-Time.
They may assess injuries/personnel changes/flaws & wrinkles a little bit.
Scripted plays the first few drives might point to being hot and then going flat as the opposing D figures things out.
