They would give up a first round pick, trade for a quality offensive lineman, and sure up their main team weakness.

Because trading for Glenn,
replacing both coordinators,
resigning Geno and Dunlap,
using Johnson to keep another CB,
and drafting a C in the first round,
 weren't enough to show that they are serious.
