Perennial pro bowler? He's made it twice in nine seasons, none when he was with the Bengals. And he was never the clear cut, unquestioned #1 CB in his time here. There was great debate as to whether Joseph or Hall would be the better sign. There is no such debate about AJ vs. Marvin Jones in 2015.
