I've said it before, his speed is not that elite. When you run a 4.2, but the defender is a 4.3 or 4.4 guy and can jam you at the line, he is going to be right there the whole route, and if there is any adjustment at all to the ball the advantage is gone. Ross needs to learn to make the contested completion.
