They've also had multiple years better than what you usually get out of Andy, which is why they're higher and I'm sure you realize that.

The list you quoted seems much more accurate than Rosenthal's. I do believe Matt Ryan is better than people are giving him credit for though, even if he shouldn't be as high as #5 as Rosenthal has him.
