His rating is lower overall because he had such a terrible year in 2013 it destroyed the numbers. That bad year DID happen, so I'm not going to pretend it didn't, but you're just intentionally missing the entire point here.
Flacco is usually good for about 3,600 - 4,000 yards per season with around 20 - 25 passing TDs and 10-12 INTs. His completion percentage usually isn't amazing but he's good for around 60%. In 7 seasons his passer rating has been between 87.7 and 93.6 in 4 of those years. 2 of the years saw his passer rating right around 80. 1 year was really, really bad.
His postseason numbers since 2010 are 196/327, 2563 yards, 24 TD, 4 INT.
If you think Andy Dalton deserves to be higher on a QB ranking than him, you're just being a blind homer and there isn't much else to it. I don't know why you feel the need to bash Flacco like this, it's sort of petty bullshit.
