Why exactly do we need John Ross to be good?

Oh absolutely, I loved Chad's competitive fire. 

But I think what's cool about Chad is he didn't even reference himself. He talked about wanting Ross to adopt Steve Smith's mindset! Which would be amazing. Steve was NEVER the most physically gifted guy on the field, but he honestly might've been the best in terms of mindset. He wanted to ruin you.

If he could get Ross to add Steve's mentality to his game.. watch out!
