If Henry were a Steeler, you'd likely have a very different view of what went down there.  But because he was a Bengal, you see nothing wrong with him attempting to restrict the movements of another human being.

Sure.  We can ignore the fact that one guy's actions endangered only himself but the other guy endangered others and say it's exactly the same.
