They've built no brand they've built no winning culture. Everybody knows in their heart (including the players) when the heat is on we're going to spit the bit.

Nothing will truly change until that does !

I'm with you on this and that's a very good explanation of Marvin and Mike. A new culture is definitely needed. At first, I thought we had one but it's fizzling out again.
