You guys just don't get it. No one of any value will want to come here or stay here. That goes with players as well as coaches.   

I get what you are saying....and maybe you are right.  I also am grateful for what Marvin has done, especially in the community.  I think the best option is to make him a member of the FO and let him find a coach.  I dunno.....but his teams are always flat and outgunned in big games and the postseason.  That part is on Marvin.
