Here are some blitz numbers for the Bengals defense the last 4 years under Guenther. I don't have a "ranking" for total blitzes because PFO splits the blitz numbers into "rush 5" and "rush 6+".
Remember that if a 4-3 defense has to blitz a lot to get pressure then they are in trouble. For a 4-3 to be successful they have to be able to get decent pressure with just the front four.

Clearly the Bengals have been trending lower in their blitz percentage, but it also looks like the league overall is blitzing less.
