Apparently he was offered more money from the Steelers and Patriots but wanted to play for his hometown team. So there's a good chance he never would have come to Cincinnati anyway.

Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. Ended 9-8 but barely missed playoffs
Changes needed to do better in Sept/Oct moving forward.
