This is not true. If the Bengals would have stayed where they were originally slotted to draft (21st) DeCastro would have been available, but they traded back to 27th and DeCastro was taken at 24. 

We got Brandon Thomas for the tradeback. In hindsight it was a bad trade; especially knowing the Pats took Chandler Jones with the pick we traded.
