Tomlin and his coaching staff developed their talent. The lame excuse of the Steeler's being Cowher's team was just an excuse not to give Tomlin credit. One can say with all the talent that Cowher had over 15 years of coaching he had won 1 SB. Nobody dominated the full 15 years of Cowher..
I wonder what Belichick could have done with the 15 years of the Steelers???
