Since first making that post, I've reconsidered my thoughts on Marvin going hands-on with the defense.  He made his name by being a defensive coach, working directly with the players.  Perhaps it will be good for him to get back to his roots, and equally beneficial for the players as well.

Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations
