I'd stock the team full of young talent, let Marvin coach them up to NFL standard while padding cap room for 1-2 years, and bet the farm on who I most anticipated to be the next Walsh/Belichick whilst making sure that that person had as many resources available to them to ensure that they would succeed(analytics dept. etc.)
But...with this team I wouldn't go for a rebuild. I'd try to win with Dalton/Green/Dunlap/Atkins/Burfict(if he wants to)/Boling/etc. This core deserves a win now approach. If they were worse than they are, I could see a rebuild, but these dudes are grown men who have poured their hearts and souls into their craft. I'd try to win with that core and worry about a rebuild later.
