Getting creative with Ross at this point is a must ! Not only to improve the offense, hopefully, but also to build his confidence. I don't think he has any right now. Little quick outs, hook route, line him up at H back and hit him on a swing out of the backfield, bubble screens, run a flea flicker with him throwing the ball, anything to get him involved in the game plan.

He seems to be a emotional train wreck the kind of guy you have to pump up. Let's hope he can be anyways.
