Beating a 4-5 team that's either going to be starting a raw rookie or a backup QB who has thrown 9 INTs and 13 fumbles in his last 12 games isn't really going to boost much confidence.

Do I believe they can make the playoffs? Absolutely.
Do I think they can beat the Steelers, Chiefs, Patriots, or Chargers? That's very uncertain.

I do give them a decent shot against the AFC South teams, though.
But they need to beat a team that is actually going somewhere.
They're 0-4 against teams with winning records.
