Sounds like Marvin Lewis back when he was coaching the Baltimore Ravens in 2000.

The only thing this does is remind me just how long Marvin has been coaching the Bengals. Marv used to look very young for a 40 year old.

Now he looks like some Sith Lord that's been on the dark side for far too long. 
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.
