Fines are much harder to over turn.
True, but at the end of the day, it still would have been the usual $5-$20k fine if the league felt it wasn't a big deal as some like to suggest.
I'm just saying that it seems the league is putting his actions into a different category than the typical roughing the passer fines among the other that are similar to that. People have been running around the boards saying it's "just football, man!" when obviously it isn't, or else he'd have been slapped with a $15k-ish fine and that would have been about all.
