I wasn’t all for Marvin staying. Yet, I want to support and convince myself that maybe this is it. I was dead wrong so-it-seems. So, if we’re talking about getting rid of people, we now have to work from top down.

1.) Doesn't mean we should stop trying to develop talent.
2.) Not sure what you mean. This team can't be afraid to make moves to be better.
