Next man up is a joke,as they are backups for a reason.When you lose starting players,you are going to struggle maybe except for the top teams,which coach their backups to practice like the starters,which superbowl teams do just that,instead of just forgetting about them.This organization needs to clean house from top to bottom,no one in this franchise should have a job,and Mike Brown needs to fire himself.Until fans start not going to games,nothing will change.
