Cordy Glenn is the toughest one to decide for me. Forget that we didn't draft him and that makes the formula tougher, I'm just not sure he should be kept at his annual salary based on his performance/availabilty.
Unfortunately for us, he's still far and away the best OT on the team, and not far from being the best o-lineman overall. That's a sad state of affairs right there. He's a guy I'd look to release or restructure of they can draft a first round OT. Perhaps move him to RT or guard to fill another hole of new personnel comes in. I just can't see giving a guy like him LT money to either disappoint or not play.
He gets by a bit because his predecessor (Ced) was a disaster, but he's not been great this year and probably needs replaced soon.
