They were talking big at the end of the season, $$money$$ to spend blah, blah, like they were going to be players for "real" free agent pitching but it was just talk. They'll pick up a couple middle of the road types and perhaps a position player but that's about it.

They're not going to do much until they rid themselves of Bailey.
