3-4 Defense?

I think people assume switching to a 34 has to be instant. They can gradually work in some 34 designs while continuing to add more guys.

I know some people are not all the way on board but Vance Joseph could be a guy that can do that because he worked in both defenses.

Edit: Any way you slice it though 43 or 34 the Bengals need more talent at off the ball linebacker.
