Let the guy go through a complete offseason and play a year with some traction on the situation. He'll be fine.
Center is a tough position for rookies. Elflein struggled last year.
A lot of the other Centers that were drafted are playing Guard as Rookies.
But, yeah...he needs to lift for a full offseason too.
