Time to trade up in draft ?

Depending on our needs after FA, it may be a good idea to trade back into the 1st round for a guy like Noah Fant, TE, Iowa or David Edwards, T, Wisconsin. I just don't think moving up in the Top 10 is a good move, mainly because of the expense.
