John Ross and his confidence

John Ross was essentially a rookie last year that did not have the support have the head coach and possibly other coaches on the staff.

It is the coaches responsibility to put players in the best position to be successful. It is the players responsibility to give his all.

My problem with John Ross at this point is it doesn't seem like he has given is all. Maybe this is due to prior history of injuries or lack of understanding of the playbook. But I will say this he did catch a lot of touchdowns. He did flash here and there. I think next season will reveal John Ross's potential.
