Shazier was a similar prospect who people at times wondered if he could stack and shed but he didn’t really struggle. Both struggle at times with being too aggressive on the run allowing for some play action throws behind them.
I think 11 is a good slot for him but a trade back is possible too in this draft. A lot of it will come down the QBs like it tends to be in most drafts.
I'll be really interested to see what the new regime will prioritize.
Also, if it's Taylor (or Waldron), perhaps we see Cory Littleton follow.
Littleton did pretty darn well this year, especially given he was a former UDFA just three years ago.
Him and Devin White would be a solid duo, especially because Littleton probably will be cheaper than some of the more marquee-name LBs.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.
