Yeah he is paying peanuts. The rams are paying Donald, Gurley, Suh, Whitworth, Berry etc. and the difference is that money spent this year has made them legit contenders for the SB. MB isn't creative. He doesn't play to win he plays not to lose. Until he runs the team like other successful teams operate the Bengals will be also rans.
